24-Month Warranty

We offer an exclusive 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against all manufacturers’ defects on all our optical frames, sunglasses and prescription lenses.

Manufacturers’ defects mean flaws or defects arising from the manufacturing process. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage from handling or improper use are not covered.

Please note that contact lenses come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturers’ defects.

General Conditions

  • This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses or prescription lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; third parties' modifications or repairs as well as any damage caused by general day to day wear and tear.

  • We do not offer repairs. If your warranty claim is approved you will be required to return the defective item and a replacement will be provided.

  • Where a replacement product is provided, it will only be under warranty for the period remaining from the original warranty.

Where can I find my Order ID?

Your order ID can be found on the confirmation email or in any order email updates received from us. It consists of two letters, followed by 10 numerical digits, and then, one or two more letters.

It will look like this: CA0123456789G

What are the defects covered by the warranty?

The warranty only covers manufacturer defects, which mean flaws or defects arising from the manufacturing process. Some examples are below:

  • Delamination and/or peeling of sun lens coating
  • Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
  • Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating
  • Soldering defects of temple hinges and/or barrels

This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses or prescription lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; third parties' modifications or repairs as well as any damage caused by general day to day wear and tear.

Would I get a refund if my warranty claim is approved?

If your warranty claim is approved, you will be required to return the defective item and a replacement will be provided. Refunds are not included as part of the warranty.

How long is my product covered by the warranty?

If you purchase eyeglasses, sunglasses or prescription lenses, your product will be covered by our warranty policy for 24 months from the date of purchase. The product is protected against all manufacturers' defects.

Contact lenses are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase.

I received a defective product, what should I do?

If the product is flawed, defective, or different from the one you ordered, please submit a return request as soon as you notice the issue.

When submitting the return request, select the appropriate reason, either 'Damaged on arrival' or 'Incorrect item delivered'. Photos are essential to process the return request.

Once you submit the return request, our customer service team will get in contact with you and arrange a replacement or a full refund.
